Mexico City, Mexico – More than 3 years back, an end-to-end Order-To-Cash and Revenue-Management Cloud SaaS Embrix platform, was successfully implemented for a software consulting house “Software House Mérida” based out of Yucatán, Mexico serving their customers in North America. The growing list of customers with a diverse list of service offerings is a testimony to how far Embrix has come. The company offers consulting services to their customers for projects and time-based billing for those projects. The Embrix platform has been designed to manage the billing process for them in terms of Time and Project Billing for the customer and the entire life cycle management of each customer project. To manage their consulting services, the Embrix platform required a seamless onboarding of customer, management of the customer projects, life cycle management of role-based assignment of resources to the project, time and role-based billing and payments, maintaining the complete cost basis for the company and then deriving a Profit and Loss summary for the overall operations.
