Successful implementation of the Embrix platform @ ISP Distributor Coopeguanacate in Guanacaste, Costa Rica
Guanacaste, Costa Rica – In May of this year, Embrix Inc, a provider of an end-to-end Order-To-Cash and Revenue-Management SaaS Embrix platform, was successfully implemented for an ISP distributor “Coopeguanacaste” in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The Embrix platform is a Cloud Micro-services architecture platform. The growing list of customers with a diverse list of service offerings is a testimony to how far Embrix has come. The distributor offers High Speed Internet, VOIP and IPTV services to their customers.
The project involved replacing the legacy in-house system with the Embrix SaaS platform. It involved Integrating the EMBRIX solution with the company’s infrastructure including CRM, Provisioning systems and ERP applications. The project was executed in record time and has demonstrated optimal performance since its launch. Five successful monthly operational cycles are already behind us since go-live. This included mediation and processing of VOIP usage records.
